Pools will be formed using the team rating assigned by the coach on the team application. All teams will play 3 games guaranteed.

We used the information coach provided to make the decision when building the flight. If teams from the same region happened to be in the same flight, we try to separate them as much as possible, but it depends on the team rating that is was provideto us is what we use when placing teams in the proper flight.

Regarding the game cards - fill them out before you arrive to check in.  We will ONLY ACCEPT OUR CARDS.  Please fill out four game cards Updated & signed roster if you intend to change your roster for the tournament, and updated roster will be ok before your 1st game. Rosters are locked after your 1st game.Emergency Medical sheet for each player. (Please have them in jersey order.

REFEREE PLAN

Referee Check-In
 All referees will be expected to check in at the Referee Station upon their arrival at the tournament and at least
30 minutes prior to their first game time.


Failure to appear on time may result in a replacement referee being assigned to the field. Once a replacement
referee has been assigned, the original referee must report to the Referee Station for an alternative assignment.


Game duration shall be as follows:
Division Game time
10-U: 20 minute half
12-U: 22 minute half
14-U: 25 minute half
